An Inspector Calls is an intriguing, clever piece by JB Priestley. In it, a wealthy family’s celebratory dinner is interrupted by an unexpected visit from a police inspector. His investigation into the death of a young woman shatters the evening and his startling revelations shake the very foundations of their lives.
